We work with our clients on buying and selling businesses, corporate entity selection, creation, and governance, drafting, reviewing and negotiating partnership, shareholder, vendor, independent contractor, employment, licensing and other agreements, as well as lease and guarantor arrangements. Our firm also reviews and advises companies on employee hiring, discipline, terminations and classifications, internal investigations, record keeping, wage and commission payment, we create, review and update employee handbooks and other policies, and we train on anti-discrimination and anti-harassment in the workplace.
